MetrixStack Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026 (v2026-04-24)
By signing up for or using MetrixStack ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
MetrixStack provides marketing attribution dashboards, ad-platform integrations,
and related analytics tooling. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that
happens under your account. You must provide accurate signup information and keep
it current. You must be authorized to bind any company you sign up on behalf of.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you connect to the Service (orders, ads, events,
customer records, etc). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely
to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data
to train third-party models.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, abuse the API, or use it to harass
or defraud anyone. Don't share login credentials across people — invite teammates
instead. Don't connect data sources you don't have authorization to read.
5. Plans and billing
Plans are offered on monthly, yearly, or three-year terms. Yearly and three-year
terms are paid up front and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Add-ons follow the term of the base plan.
We may change pricing for new sign-ups at any time; existing subscriptions keep
their original price for the remainder of the current term.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel anytime from /settings/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the
end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for
violations of these terms with reasonable notice when feasible.
7. Custom domains
If you point a custom domain at the Service, you authorize us to issue and
auto-renew TLS certificates for it via Let's Encrypt or an equivalent CA.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Attribution is a modeling
exercise, not a source of truth — numbers will not match every ad platform's
internal reporting exactly, and we make no guarantee of accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim
arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12
months before the claim arose.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes require re-acceptance — you'll see
a prompt next time you sign in. Your continued use after a non-material change
means you accept the update.
